A postcode search helps identify matching addresses for a property document order. Once the address is selected, you can choose the documents you need and continue to checkout.
When is postcode search useful?
Postcode search is useful when you know the property postcode but want to confirm the exact address before ordering a Title Register, Title Plan or available filed documents.
What happens after searching?
You select the matching address, choose one or more documents, enter contact details, choose delivery speed, and complete secure payment online.
If the property is not listed
Some addresses may not appear in the lookup result or may need manual entry. You can continue by entering the address details manually.

- Select the matching property from the address results.
- Choose Search by Postcode and any other documents you need.
- Enter your contact details and complete secure payment.
What you receive
Where available, the completed document is supplied digitally by email. You will receive an order reference after checkout so support can locate the order if you need help.

Check the property address carefully before payment. Some documents are not available for every property, and title records do not replace legal, conveyancing or surveying advice.
